No ten\u00e9s fiebre, no est\u00e1s resfriada, y sin embargo\u2026 te sent\u00eds terriblemente mal.<\/p><p>Y ah\u00ed aparece la gran pregunta existencial: <b>\u201c\u00bfMe estar\u00e9 enfermando\u2026 o ser\u00e1 la ansiedad otra vez?\u201d<\/b><\/p><p>Spoiler: puede ser ansiedad. Y no, no sos la \u00fanica. Ni exagerada, ni dram\u00e1tica. Est\u00e1s viva, con emociones, responsabilidades, pensamientos que no paran, y un sistema nervioso que a veces entra en modo \u00a1s\u00e1lvese quien pueda!.<\/p><p>Vamos a desarmar el misterio juntas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-23f9eb0e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"23f9eb0e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la ansiedad y por qu\u00e9 se siente tan rara en el cuerpo?\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5bd4c68 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5bd4c68\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La ansiedad no es solo \u201cestar nerviosa\u201d. Es una respuesta del cuerpo ante lo que percibe como una amenaza. Puede ser real (una materia que no estudi\u00e9), simb\u00f3lica (\u00bfy si mi ex sube una historia con alguien m\u00e1s?) o completamente imaginaria (\u00bfy si me pasa algo horrible ma\u00f1ana?). El cuerpo, que no distingue bien entre realidad y pensamiento, activa todo su sistema de alarma igual.<\/p><p>Y ah\u00ed es donde aparecen los <b>s\u00edntomas f\u00edsicos.<\/b> Porque aunque la amenaza est\u00e9 en tu mente, la respuesta es muy corporal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-df8e3cc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"df8e3cc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">S\u00edntomas f\u00edsicos comunes de la ansiedad<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e74d36f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e74d36f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><b>Dolor o presi\u00f3n en el pecho:<\/b> no, no es un infarto ni hay un elefante parado en tu pecho. Es tensi\u00f3n muscular y respiraci\u00f3n acelerada.<\/li><li><b>N\u00e1useas, molestias gastrointestinales, \u201cnudo\u201d en el est\u00f3mago:<\/b> porque el sistema digestivo est\u00e1 conectado al cerebro. Literal.<\/li><li><b>Tensi\u00f3n en mand\u00edbula, cuello y hombros:<\/b> cuando no pod\u00e9s soltar el estr\u00e9s, tu cuerpo tampoco lo hace.<\/li><li><b>Sensaci\u00f3n de falta de aire o respiraci\u00f3n corta:<\/b> hiperventilar sin darte cuenta es parte del combo.<\/li><li><b>Palpitaciones, manos fr\u00edas o sudorosas:<\/b> tu cuerpo est\u00e1 en \u201cmodo alerta\u201d.<\/li><li><b>Dolores musculares o de cabeza:<\/b> tensi\u00f3n sostenida = m\u00fasculos agotados.<\/li><li><b>Fatiga f\u00edsica sin causa aparente:<\/b> como si hubieras corrido una marat\u00f3n mental. Cuando est\u00e1s ansiosa, tu mente est\u00e1 enfocada en anticipar, prevenir, evitar. Todo eso consume much\u00edsima energ\u00eda mental. El resultado: te olvid\u00e1s de lo que ibas a decir, perd\u00e9s cosas, repet\u00eds preguntas.<\/p><p>No es que est\u00e9s mal de la memoria, es que tu cerebro est\u00e1 en modo \u201csupervivencia\u201d y no tiene recursos libres para el resto.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-69d07c0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"69d07c0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 s\u00edntomas son normales y cu\u00e1les requieren atenci\u00f3n?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d2370df elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d2370df\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Primero: no sos un robot. Sentir ansiedad ante un examen, una cita o una mudanza es <i>normal<\/i>. El problema aparece cuando:<\/p><ul><li>Sent\u00eds ansiedad todos los d\u00edas, sin raz\u00f3n clara.<\/li><li>Te cuesta dormir o descansar bien.<\/li><li>Tu cuerpo est\u00e1 tan tenso que siempre duele algo.<\/li><li>Empez\u00e1s a evitar cosas por miedo (salir, hablar, decidir).<\/li><li>Tus pensamientos te abruman o paralizan.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><p>Si eso te pasa, no est\u00e1s \u201crota\u201d. Pero s\u00ed est\u00e1s necesitando ayuda. La ansiedad es tratable. No ten\u00e9s que vivir as\u00ed para siempre.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f31dc34 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f31dc34\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 me duele el cuerpo si no estoy enferma?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1c171b6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1c171b6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Porque el estr\u00e9s constante activa el sistema nervioso simp\u00e1tico (el de \u201chu\u00ed o pele\u00e1\u201d) una y otra vez. Eso:<\/p><ul><li>Tensa m\u00fasculos.<\/li><li>Cambia la forma de respirar.<\/li><li>Aumenta el cortisol (una hormona del estr\u00e9s).<\/li><li>Desgasta f\u00edsicamente.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><p>A veces duele la panza, otras veces la espalda, otras la cabeza. El cuerpo habla. Y si no lo escuch\u00e1s con atenci\u00f3n, grita.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9bcec27 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9bcec27\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo explicarle a alguien que esto no es solo \u201cestar nerviosa\u201d?\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-053fda7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"053fda7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A veces la gente minimiza porque no entiende. Ac\u00e1 va un glosario para ayudarte a ponerlo en palabras simples:<\/p><p><b>No es solo \u201cestar nerviosa\u201d \u2192<\/b> Es tener s\u00edntomas reales que afectan el cuerpo y la mente.<br \/><b> No es algo que se pasa con \u201cpens\u00e1 en otra cosa\u201d \u2192<\/b> Es como tener una alarma que suena todo el tiempo, sin poder apagarla.<br \/><b> No es falta de voluntad \u2192<\/b> Es un estado emocional y fisiol\u00f3gico que necesita herramientas, no fuerza bruta.<br \/><b>No siempre se nota desde afuera \u2192<\/b> Muchas personas con ansiedad \u201cfuncionan\u201d en lo cotidiano, pero por dentro est\u00e1n en modo monta\u00f1a rusa.<\/p><p><b>Pod\u00e9s decir:<\/b><br \/><i>\u201cNo necesito que me soluciones nada, solo que entiendas que esto me afecta. Y que me acompa\u00f1es sin juicio.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94e7510 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"94e7510\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfLa ansiedad puede generar cansancio f\u00edsico y mental?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-76025bc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"76025bc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>100%. Es como si tu cuerpo estuviera corriendo una carrera interna que vos no ves, pero que agota. Pod\u00e9s sentir:<\/p><ul><li>Sue\u00f1o constante.<\/li><li>Ganas de quedarte en cama aunque no est\u00e9s triste.<\/li><li>Poca tolerancia a est\u00edmulos (ruido, gente, tareas).<\/li><li>Cansancio emocional: \u201cEstoy harta, pero no s\u00e9 de qu\u00e9\u201d.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><p>Es tu sistema pidiendo un recreo urgente. Y s\u00ed, descansar tambi\u00e9n es parte del tratamiento<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f8ae724 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f8ae724\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 pod\u00e9s hacer si te identific\u00e1s con todo esto?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2ab382c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2ab382c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Pon\u00e9 en palabras lo que sent\u00eds:<\/b> escribir, hablar, dibujar, grabarte. Lo que sea que te ayude a sacar lo que ten\u00e9s adentro.<br \/><b>Prob\u00e1 t\u00e9cnicas de regulaci\u00f3n emocional:<\/b> respiraci\u00f3n diafragm\u00e1tica, mindfulness, yoga suave, caminatas sin auriculares.
