Esto altera los niveles de GABA (un neurotransmisor que ayuda a calmar el cerebro), generando hiperactividad, nerviosismo e incluso dificultad para concentrarse en tareas prolongadas.<\/p><p><strong>El az\u00facar,<\/strong> por su parte, genera picos de glucosa que el cuerpo responde con una descarga de insulina. \u00bfResultado?
