Nos libera de la prisi\u00f3n de nuestra mente, que tiene una habilidad especial para inventarse problemas cuando no los hay. Y mientras m\u00e1s luchamos contra ella, m\u00e1s grande y gru\u00f1ona se vuelve. Por eso es tan importante recurrir al mindfulness.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La ansiedad, en su esencia, est\u00e1 tratando de ayudarnos, avis\u00e1ndonos de posibles peligros. Puedes intentar hacer las cosas con la mano no dominante para aumentar tu conciencia.<\/span><\/p><ol><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Camina de forma consciente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sintiendo el cambio de peso de una pierna a otra y el movimiento arm\u00f3nico de tu cuerpo. Intenta andar m\u00e1s despacio de lo habitual o incluso hacia atr\u00e1s para aumentar tu atenci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Observa tu respiraci\u00f3n siempre que puedas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sin tratar de cambiarla. La respiraci\u00f3n es tu ancla al momento presente y puede tener efectos relajantes en tu estado emocional.<\/span><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando te sientas abrumado por tus pensamientos, <\/span><b>practica la meditaci\u00f3n STOP:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para, respira, observa tus sensaciones corporales y luego contin\u00faa con lo que estabas haciendo.<\/span><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dedica unos minutos al d\u00eda a<\/span><b> sentarte en silencio y observar tu respiraci\u00f3n.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Si te sientes ansioso, no te preocupes, simplemente observa c\u00f3mo te sientes y respira con calma y amabilidad.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al practicar estas t\u00e9cnicas, tu mente comenzar\u00e1 a intentar relacionarse de manera saludable con la ansiedad.
